1. Introduction

By renting a bicycle or using the services of Salento Bike (brand of SEO SRL), you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.

2. Services Offered

Salento Bike provides road and gravel bike rentals, delivery, and related cycling services in Lecce and the Salento region. Services are subject to availability and may vary by location.

3. Booking & Payment

All bookings must be made in advance via our website, email, or telephone.

Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, bank transfer, and other options as specified on our website.

A valid identity document may be required at the time of bike collection or delivery.

4. Bike Use & Responsibility

Bikes must be used responsibly and in compliance with local laws and regulations.

The renter is responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of the bike and accessories during the rental period.

The renter agrees not to use the bike for unlawful purposes or allow others to use it without prior authorization.

Helmets and safety equipment are provided upon request and are strongly recommended.

5. Delivery & Return

Pickup and return are free at our points in Lecce, Calimera and San Foca. We also deliver to the areas specified on our website, including Gallipoli, Otranto, Santa Maria di Leuca, Porto Cesareo, Ostuni and more; the delivery and collection cost depends on the distance and is confirmed at booking. No security deposit is required.

The bike must be returned at the agreed time and location, in the same condition in which it was received.

Late returns may be subject to additional charges.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations must be communicated as soon as possible via email or phone.

Refunds for cancellations are subject to the terms specified at the time of booking.

No refunds will be given for early returns or unused rental days, except in cases of force majeure.

7. Liability & Insurance

Salento Bike (SEO SRL) is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages incurred by the renter or third parties during the rental period.

The renter is responsible for their own safety and is encouraged to have personal insurance coverage.

The bikes are regularly maintained, but the renter must check the bike before use and immediately report any issues.

8. Privacy

We respect your privacy. All personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to the Terms

Salento Bike (SEO SRL) reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be published on our website.
