All accessories included in the price. The price includes all accessories: helmet, lock, lights, frame bag, phone mount, Garmin/GPS mount, rear rack if you need one, pump and repair kit, spare inner tube.

Every rental includes helmet, lights, lock, frame bag, phone mount, pump, repair kit and a spare tube. To confirm your booking we only need a copy of an ID document or a small bank transfer; you pay the rest when you get the bike. A larger advance is asked only for long transfers or special multi-bike rentals. Pickup and return are free at our points in Lecce, San Foca and Calimera.

Delivery cost depends on distance and is confirmed when you book. Pickup and return in Lecce, San Foca and Calimera are always free.

How can I pay?
You pay when you collect the bike: cash, credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay or Google Pay with contactless, or bank transfer. Card payments are taken on the spot at every pickup point.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
No security deposit. To confirm your booking we only need a copy of an ID document or a small bank transfer, and you pay the rest when you collect the bike. A larger advance is asked only for long transfers or special multi-bike rentals.
What sizes do you have?
From XS to 61, seven models.
How much does delivery cost?
Pickup and return are free at our points in Lecce, San Foca and Calimera. Delivery elsewhere depends on distance and is confirmed when you book.
Can I pick up in one place and return in another?
Yes, one-way rentals are possible. Tell us both places.
What if I have a mechanical problem?
Every rental includes a repair kit and a spare tube. Call us and we'll help.
Are helmets included?
Yes, plus lights, lock, frame bag, phone mount and pump.
Can you fit a child seat?
Yes, on e-bikes, on request.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Since you don't pay the rental upfront, cancelling costs you nothing: just tell us as soon as possible on WhatsApp or by email. Refunds of any advance already paid follow the terms agreed at booking, detailed in our Terms of Service.
