3. Booking & Payment

4. Bike Use & Responsibility

5. Delivery & Return

  • Free delivery is available within the areas specified on our website, including Lecce, Gallipoli, Otranto, San Foca, Santa Maria di Leuca, Ostuni, and more.

  • The bike must be returned at the agreed time and location, in the same condition in which it was received.

  • Late returns may be subject to additional charges.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations must be communicated as soon as possible via email or phone.

  • Refunds for cancellations are subject to the terms specified at the time of booking.

  • No refunds will be given for early returns or unused rental days, except in cases of force majeure.
