Bike rental in Puglia, delivered where you are staying
Puglia is long. From Bari to Santa Maria di Leuca it is well over 200 km, and most visitors do not stay in Lecce. So the first question is not which bike, but how the bike reaches you. We are based in Lecce, with free pickup points in Lecce, San Foca and Calimera, and we deliver across the region. Here is how it works, what it costs and where cycling in Puglia is at its best.
How bike rental works across Puglia
You have three options.
Pick up for free. Collect and return your bike at one of our three points: Lecce (Via Ribezzo 2D), San Foca on the Adriatic coast (Via D'Annunzio 13) or Calimera, in the Grecìa Salentina (Via Roma 163). Opening times are flexible: we agree the hour with you.
Delivery to your accommodation. We bring the bikes to your hotel, masseria or holiday home anywhere in Puglia and collect them at the end. Delivery is charged by distance and confirmed in your quote before you book. On rentals above 1,000€, delivery is included.
Come to us by train. Lecce is well connected by regional trains, and regional trains carry bikes. Many guests staying in Ostuni, Brindisi or even Bari ride the train to Lecce, pick up for free and ride back, or ride the Salento coast and return by train.

Distances are road distances rounded; the price in your quote is the one that counts. If your group rents for a week, check the total: four road bikes for seven days already pass the 1,000€ threshold, and delivery is included.
Where to base yourself for cycling in Puglia
Salento (Lecce, Otranto, Gallipoli, Leuca). Flat to gently rolling, two seas within 40 km, endless country lanes between olive groves and dry-stone walls. The best area for easy and medium rides and for coast-to-coast days. This is our home ground: every route tip we give comes from riding it.
Valle d'Itria and Ostuni. More climbing, trulli, white towns. Beautiful, with steeper short hills. We deliver there, and the road bike is the natural choice.
Bari and the north. Good for a start or end point, less for daily loops: the city and the coast road are busy. If you land in Bari and want to ride south, look at a one-way rental.
Which bike for which part of Puglia
For asphalt and long coastal loops, a road bike. For white roads, olive-grove tracks and coastal paths, a gravel bike. For couples with different fitness, families and anyone who wants to cover distance without training, an e-bike. If you are staying in the city itself, start from bike rental in Lecce.
Taking your bike on the train
Regional trains in Puglia accept bikes. It is the cheapest way to connect Lecce with Brindisi, Ostuni or Bari, and it lets you ride one way and come back relaxed. Ask us when you book and we will tell you which stretch makes sense for your plan.

- Do I need to leave a deposit?
- No. We do not take a deposit. To confirm the booking we ask for a copy of an ID or a small advance.
- Can I rent a bike in Bari and return it in Lecce?
- Yes, with a one-way rental. The supplement depends on the route and is quoted by distance before you book.
