Questions about this route

How hard is it?

The route is almost flat: about 600 metres of climbing over 166 km. The first 70 km, from Brindisi to just past Lecce, are completely flat. The last day, from Otranto to Leuca, is the only one with real climbing.

Do you book the hotels?

No. We suggest places along the route that we know and trust, and you book them directly. That keeps the price down and leaves you free to change plans.

Can I do it in the opposite direction?

Yes. Leuca to Brindisi works too, and the last day becomes the flattest instead of the hardest.

What if something goes wrong?

Call us. Every rental includes a repair kit and a spare tube, and we can reach you anywhere along the route.
